While the majority of guests have found their stay to be peaceful and comfortable, occasional sound transfer between units can occur. To ensure a restful experience, we've provided a white noise machine on the nightstand. We also observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM in both units to help maintain a calm and respectful environment for all guests.*** - Living Room & TV: Relax in the inviting living room with ample seating, a queen-size sofa pull-out bed, and a 60" smart TV. - Study Nook: Need to catch up on work or plan your next outing? **Early Check-In or Late Check-Out** -To request an early check-in or late check-out, please message me directly at least 24 hours before the standard check-in/check-out time. The Airbnb platform doesn’t prevent overlapping check-in/check-out times, so I need to manually confirm availability. I charge $5 per hour for any time outside the standard hours (4:00 pm check-in, 11:00 am check-out), but as previously stated this is subject to availability. *House Rules & Info:* - Maximum occupancy is 5 people. We charge additional fees for any guest over 4, so please ensure an accurate guest count. - Please treat the space with respect, as it’s a private home, not a hotel. While I’ll address issues as quickly as possible, response times may vary slightly since there is no on-site staff. Maintenance is scheduled after check-out for non-emergency issues. - All guests must be 18 or older unless accompanied by a guardian. - There are security cameras on the premises: one at the front, pointing towards Glenn Street, and another just outside the back patio door, facing Unit 3’s fence. Tampering with the cameras will result in immediate eviction. - No refunds for weather-related issues or acts of God. - We provide starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner), but you may need to purchase more for extended stays. *Parking:* - On-site parking is available in front of Unit 2, facing the major street. Unit 2 is located on the side nearest to the mailboxes (opposite the large tree), with motion-sensor floodlights for safety and well-lit access. - For extra vehicles, please park on Tyndall Avenue (perpendicular to Glenn Street). Free street parking is usually available there.

Enjoy all the indoor and outdoor spaces, including the cozy bedroom, private office nook, spacious living areas, fully stocked kitchen, and convenient on-site laundry facilities. The fenced yard with a shaded seating area is yours to unwind in, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, please note that guests in Unit 3, located at the rear of the property, may occasionally need to pass through the side yard to access their unit. The parking lot is located in front of the duplex, so this will not affect your parking space or overall experience. For added security, access to the side yard requires a code, which is provided exclusively to guests of Unit 2 and Unit 3. We’ve designed this space to give you a comfortable, private retreat while still offering a welcoming, shared atmosphere for everyone.
